Common Cents Casino parties uses only dynamic, outgoing casino party and poker night dealers who understand that their main job is to entertain your guests. Our casino party dealers are thoroughly knowledgeable in the rules of the casino games and will patiently explain these rules to any of your guests that may be unfamiliar with how to play. Our casino party dealers will ensure your guests have a great time!

Have you ever heard of the proverbial"Stink Test"? Well, in order to deal for us, you must pass this test. You first meet with the owners, who explain what they expect of casino party dealers and what you can expect as a dealer. Then you invest many hours at our workshops learning the rules of the casino party games, how to shuffle cards, cut chips and control the dice like dealers do in real casinos.

You usually leave these workshops with homework assignments. And…then comes the hard part: Get ready: You must audition (deal your game of choice) for the floor managers at a workshop. If you demonstrate confidence, skill and control, you’re only half way there! You must radiate humor and a fun-loving personality as well. If you do, Congratulations! Welcome aboard! You are officially a casino party delar for Common Cents Casino Parties!

But don’t relax just yet! It doesn’t stop there! A 3-page Code of Conduct agreement must be read, signed and adhered to by every dealer. Our clients expect (and have received) our very best efforts every time we put on the uniforms. Our casino party and poker night dealers are the ambassadors for our company. Without these energetic, courteous individuals… we are nothing more than glorified casino table owners!

Ask any of our dealers if they like working for us. They'll each say "No, I LOVE working for them!" The reason is simple. They get to meet great people (you) in extremely exciting environments (your event). And they have a fantastic experience interacting with your fun-loving party crowd!
